For your peace of mind, we offer a 14-day returns period on watches purchased online or by phone. During this time, you can exchange your watch for another or receive a full refund.

The watch must be returned in the same condition, with all original accessories, paperwork, and warranty cards. If your watch arrived with a returns tag, it must remain attached and untampered with.

You can return your watch by post or in person at our London Colney office. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

We understand you’ll want to try the watch on, but please take care not to mark or damage the watch or its strap. If the watch is returned with marks, scratches, or removed stickers, we may charge up to 20% of the sale price, depending on the condition of the watch.

If you purchased in-store, we offer an exchange or credit note if the watch is returned within 14 days.
